In about 50 words
Alabo is a weekly check-in for your whole life. Choose up to 20 areas across five pillars, give each one a colour once a week, and see them all on a home screen widget. Over time, Alabo shows what keeps getting left behind. No account needed, and everything stays private.

Alabo is a new iPhone app that puts every part of your life on one screen. Most apps look after one thing, like steps, sleep or spending. Alabo looks at all of it together. People choose up to 20 areas across five pillars: Wellness, Purpose, Relationships, Fun and Finances. Once a week they give each area a colour: green, yellow, amber or red. The colours sit on a home screen widget, so it’s easy to see what’s going well and what needs some attention. All-green weeks aren’t the goal. The point is to spot what keeps getting left behind, while there’s still time to do something about it. Alabo is free to download, with an optional Premium subscription that adds Apple Health, Patterns and a mid-week pulse. There’s no account, and everything stays on the iPhone and in the person’s own iCloud. It launches in the UK on 11 December.
